Warranty Policy

Rock Auto Care Parts offers a 15-day warranty from the date of receipt, ensuring the quality of our products and your satisfaction with the purchase. Our policy is designed to resolve issues efficiently while adhering to our Terms of Authorization.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Our standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 15 days from the date of receipt.

  • Replacement: If the part is defective, we will replace it with a similar quality part.

  • Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a refund of the purchase price will be issued.

  • Labor Costs: Labor costs for installation, removal, diagnosis, or repair are not covered under warranty.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear, including parts beyond their expected lifespan.

  • Electrical components, unless they are defective and verified by Rock Auto Care after inspection.

3. Claim Process

  • Contact Us: To initiate a warranty claim, email contact@rockautocare.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos, videos, or DTC codes of the defective part.

  • Inspection: We may request the return of the defective part for inspection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the part is verified defective by Rock Auto Care after inspection.

  • Resolution: After inspection, we will provide either a replacement or refund, per the warranty terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Rock Auto Care Parts is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to replacement or refund of the defective part.

5. No Chargebacks for Warranty Issues

  • Chargebacks are prohibited for warranty-related issues. Disputes must be handled directly with Rock Auto Care Parts.
