Return and Refund Policy – Rock Autocare LLC

Rock Autocare LLC is committed to providing a transparent and structured return process while ensuring compliance with our operational policies and warranty terms.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and returned in original packaging.
  • A 25–35% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • To initiate a return, customers must submit the following within 2 business days of delivery:
  • Diagnostic report from a licensed mechanic
  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue
  • DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes)

Returns without complete documentation will be denied.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components are non-returnable unless verified defective by Rock Autocare LLC.
  • Custom orders, clearance items, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.
  • Items with minor cosmetic damage (e.g., broken sensors, surface rust, scratches) must be repaired at the customer’s expense and do not qualify for return.

3. Return Process

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Required diagnostic documentation
  • If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
  • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping unless otherwise specified.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All refunds are subject to the applicable restocking fee.

5. Exchanges and Defective Items

  • To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order.
  • For defective items, submit required documentation within 2 business days of delivery.
  • If the issue is verified, Rock Autocare LLC will determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

6. Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, the customer waives the right to initiate chargebacks for return or warranty-related issues. All disputes must be resolved directly with Rock Autocare LLC.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
