3. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
  • Additional verification may be required before processing.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.
  • If canceled before shipping, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

4. Pricing Policy

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

5. Payment & Chargebacks

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • We accept secure payment methods.
  • By completing a transaction, the buyer waives the right to initiate chargebacks.
  • All disputes must be resolved directly with Rock Autocare LLC.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is arranged within 7–10 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, logistics, or carrier delays.
  • Rock Autocare LLC is not liable for missed appointments or transit damage.
  • Tracking details are provided within 2 business days of dispatch.
  • For freight deliveries, a commercial address and access to a forklift or liftgate are required.
  • If unavailable, a $100–$150 service fee may apply and be charged within 30–45 days post-delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Return window: 7 business days from delivery for damaged or missing parts.
  • Buyer must report issues with photos and DTC codes within this window.
  • If damage is accepted at delivery with POD signature, return may be denied.
  • A 25–35% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply to approved returns.
  • Minor cosmetic damage or missing accessories do not qualify for return.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rock Autocare LLC is not responsible for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Shipping delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect buyer information
  • Any costs beyond the purchase price of the product

9. Warranty & Installation Responsibility

  • All parts are pre-owned and tested prior to shipment.
  • Parts may show signs of wear, rust, or cosmetic damage.
  • Fluids are drained and filters removed before shipping.
  • Buyer must install new gaskets, seals, and fluids.
  • Installation must be performed by a licensed mechanic.
  • Warranty is void if installation is improper or performed by unqualified personnel.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Rock Autocare LLC or its content providers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
