Order Processing & Shipment Timeline

Once your order and payment are confirmed, Rock Auto Care LLC begins processing by coordinating with our suppliers to confirm the availability, condition, and shipping readiness of your purchase. Suppliers provide product images after removing the item from the vehicle and returning it to their facility. These images are shared with you for review. You have 7 working days from order completion and payment confirmation to review and approve these photos. Approval must be provided within 2 working days.

Upon your approval, we arrange shipment through standard freight carriers. Shipping is expected to take 7-14 business days, but delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control. Rock Auto Care LLC is not liable for shipping delays but will assist customers in tracking their shipments.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking details

  • Freight company information

  • Estimated delivery timeline

Shipping Addresses & Commercial Delivery Requirements

  • Small items are shipped to the billing address linked to your credit or debit card.

  • Large items (e.g., engines, transmissions) must be shipped to a commercial address.

    • The business name, full address, and a contact person’s details must be provided.

    • The location must have a forklift or liftgate for unloading. If unavailable, a fee of $100-$150 may apply.

    • This fee may be charged anytime within 30-45 days post-delivery by an authorized merchant.

Customer Responsibilities & Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide the correct shipping address and order details at the time of purchase.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, resulting in a failed delivery, a 35% restocking fee and return shipping charges will apply.

Shipment Inspection & Damage Reporting

Upon delivery, inspect your package immediately before signing the bill of lading.

  • If damage is observed, note it clearly on the bill of lading and retain a copy.

  • Notify us via phone or email within 2 business days with:

    • Clear photos/videos of the damage

    • A diagnostic report and DTC codes (if applicable)

Failure to report shipping damage within 2 business days may result in a denied claim.

Shipping Damage, Claims & Liability

  • Rock Auto Care LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Filing a claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

  • If an order is rescheduled through the carrier, Rock Auto Care LLC is not liable for any missing or damaged parcels.

Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover handling and processing.
